These terms apply to this website and to the Wild Wonder Atlas Publisher desktop app ("the Publisher"). By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Website and videos

Wild Wonder Atlas videos are provided for personal, non-commercial viewing on the platforms where we publish them. Please do not re-upload or redistribute our videos, artwork or logo without permission.

2. Using the Publisher

• Only connect a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage.
• Only upload videos that you have the rights to share.
• Follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and developer policies.

3. Consent and posting

The Publisher connects to TikTok only after you agree and approve the requested permissions on TikTok's own page. Each upload starts only after you confirm the account and the video. The Publisher uses TikTok's upload (inbox) flow: a video is not public until you edit and post it yourself in the TikTok app.

4. Duplicate protection

If an upload result is uncertain, the Publisher keeps the record and blocks a repeat of the same attempt so a video is not sent twice.

5. No guarantees

The website and the Publisher are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that TikTok will accept, process, display or promote any video, or that the services will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Wild Wonder Atlas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the website and the Publisher change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
